BFM Flexible Connectors

Strong, versatile, flexible; superior wear resistance for multiple applications; ATEX Compliant. Ideal for use on sifters, sieves, screeners, feeders, bin discharges, hoppers & conveyors.

- 25 to 110°C | 0.34 bar / 5.0 PSI

Semi-transparent, ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane alloy with Anti-static infusion to ensure static does not build up through product flow. Excellent abrasion, chemical and puncture resistance.

- 25 to 100°C | 0.24 bar / 3.5 PSI

Designed to resist extremely high pressure and therefore it should not be used where the connector is intended to act as a pressure-release point.

- 25 to 130˚C | 1.7 bar / 24 PSI

Made from an ether-based polyurethane with a fully-encased 316 stainless steel wire coil supporting the body of the connector. Allows vertical movement without the product flow being compromised.

- 20 to 85°C | 0.34 bar / 5.0 PSI

A pure PTFE flexible BFM® connector capable of running continuously at 300ºC (572ºF) temperatures, food grade and can be used across the full pH scale for caustic or acid products.

- 73 to 300˚C | 0.345 Bar / 5.0 PSI

A fully sealed, inflatable loading head that makes hygienic loading a breeze. Includes a flexible, USDA-Approved external air inlet and fitting that plugs into an 8mm pneumatic air-line to inflate the super strong & flexible outer layer.

A 100% polyester needle felt breather bag designed for breathing applications such as venting hoppers and other contained vessels. The BFM® breather may become required as the BFM® connectors create a 100% sealed system.

BFM® Spigots are uniquely shaped to enable the connectors to snap-fit inside. They are available in Stainless Steel T304L and T316L , as well as C22 Hastelloy and are supplied in a range of exact diameters.
